Further Information about Ordering

It is possible to purchase Jana Software products regardless of where you live in the world. We accept all major credit cards through our partner company 'ShareIt' who are a secure online ordering service. Registration is simply a matter of entering your personal registration key into your software's registration screen this will remove all restrictions even if the demonstration period has expired - no further downloads are required. Registering a Jana Software product also entitles you to 45 days free email technical support.

You can register Jana Software products in the following ways: Internet, email, phone, fax, and postal mail. If you have any difficulties with registration or require further details, please contact us: info@janasoftware.com. To speed registration, please make a note of the program ID number for your preferred program and option:

Two options are available:

• Option 1: Email Delivery. After registering you will receive your personal registration key via email. Keys are normally dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
  
  
• Option 2: Postal Delivery (includes CD-ROM). PC Products Only. In addition to receiving your registration key via email, a CD-ROM containing your selected software and demonstration versions of other Jana Software products will be mailed to you. The price is fully inclusive of administration charges and shipping to anywhere in the world. Unfortunately this option is not available for the PalmOS Edition of GuitarPower.
