Tuning
This dialog allows you to specify the tuning of each string of Guitar Power's fretboard display. Many preset tunings are included as is the ability to specify your own custom tunings.
Please note that with all tunings except Standard Tuning fretboard display for chords and triads is not supported. This is because Guitar Power uses a knowledge base of chord voicings complete with fingering information that have been verified by human guitarists rather than computer-generated chord voicings. This ensures that all voicings are playable and are in standard usage.
Preset Tunings
To select a preset tuning, click on the arrow icon to the right of the tunings list and select the required tuning from the drop-down list. The following tunings are supported:

Custom Tunings
Click on the up / down arrows next to each string to specify the tuning for that string. String 1 is the highest in pitch or thinnest string, string 6 is the lowest in pitch or thickest.
Tuning Notes
Click on the tuning note icon next to each string to hear a note. Output is governed by the playback settings dialog box.
