Loading and Saving Your Preferences

At any point you can save all of PET’s current settings to a file on disc. You can have an unlimited amount of these settings files (dependent on available disc space). It is also possible to have your favourite settings loaded automatically every time you start PET.

To save your settings, select Save User Profile from the File menu or select the Save icon on the toolbar. This displays the standard windows save dialog box.

To create a PET user file that loads automatically every time PET is run it must be called AUTOLOAD.PET and it must be located in the same directory as PET itself.

To load a user preference file select Open User Profile from the File menu or select the Open icon on the toolbar.
